The penguin in Germany is freezing.

It's true. I can't stand how cold it is today. I told my friend, Victor, that and all he could say is that today was warmer than yesterday. He's from Russia, so I'm not going to take his weather opinions seriously anymore. This is what I woke up to monday morning:

So, aside from the beautiful (but TREACHEROUS) snow (and the mold in my apartment, which I won't even get started on...) here is a picture of ye olde werkstatt, where you can see the ring I'm working on (plus a beloved and handy dippin' dots cup from King Street, courtesy Dan Hanf)...

... a relief of a whale I decided to make in the Pacific Northwestern Indian spirit...

...and some paper thing held up to the light so you can see it better. Can anybody see what's hidden in it? Here's a hint: might look something like a picture in your wallet...

So anyway. Wanted to let you guys know I'm still alive and working. There's another exhibition on Saturday (Art & More) and we're going to do sandcasting! Hopefully will not forget my camera for that!

I LOVE AND MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! UNGHHHH!

PS: Today I'm almost cracked up in Gemstone Theory class because I started thinking about "and no dairy.... like, "and no more happiness"".... (am I the only one who watches those on the side?)

Haha. I'm glad you're alive Claire! I can't really complain about the cold that much anymore. It's not so bad. Plus I spend the majority of my day inside.

It's us, it's us! The paper cut out!
AND I LOVE THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ORCA!(makes me think of Twilight, JUST KIDDING)

miss you dear friend

Hahahaha, nope I watch them too. Plus Dad always makes us watch his stand-up every time I'm home, first asking, "have I shown you this before?"

Yeah, I should probably stop complaining about the cold too.

So cool to see where you work! What a great, sturdy work desk!

No, I don't want to be alone in my cold complaining!!!!! (Plus, dearest isabuggy, your last post confirms you're not willing to just "let it go" on the weather...)

and I'm so glad that you all, especially (again) you, isabuggy, love the orca whale! Makes me think of Regina Spector! JUST KIDDING!

Peace, love, and vampires...
