Don't worry Amy.. it doesn't actually hurt to get it. Just look away and think of kittens. While it's happening you won't even know it! That's the best part - the worst part is the day after when your arm is still SORE.
p.s. i am super afraid of shots too, but the flu shot is super easy.
I also got a free toothbrush, toothpaste, glasses cleaner and bandaids at the health fair. Fun!

Is it true that you can get a virus from a computer virus?? (yuck yuck..Aunt Cindy is reading a book about that)
I am getting mine on Tuesday (first one ever and it's free through work). I don't do shots well...so wish me luck :(
