That's right, Charleston Battery season has officially started again! Caroline and I were the proud first Selbys members to attend a game this season. They were so glad that we came they even set off fireworks and gave me 4 yellow Battery cups! (Caroline got one, she is not as good at begging)
They played the Seattle Sounders (very hot team) and Caroline decided that she is going to marry a soccer player! Anyway, the ending of the game was probably the most exciting part. The Battery was up 1-0 when all the sudden players got in a fight and we got a yellow card and the Sounders got to have a free kick ( I Think? ) they shot it to the right guy, and in the ball went! :( We were quite sad. Then one of the Sounders got a yellow card and we got to do the same kick but did not take advantage of it. Oh well, 1-1 is not so bad I guess.
Caroline wants season tickets now, we had a good time!

Sounds like a fun time! We enjoyed your parents' visit with us here, Isabug, although we missed Caroline's concert on Sunday, thinking it was NEXT weekend instead. Alas and alack! Selbyjr installed Skype for us and we all got to talk to Claire yesterday afternoon! How cool!
Oh I'm so glad you know how to use skype now! That's how we can communicate when I go to Spain!
