I totally give up. There's not a clue anywhere to be seen (unless that's "fragmites" behind you: an invader species. But it's all over the east coast now . . .) I give up.
Well, I was hoping that somebody would give me the answer. The clues I see - short haircuts, Boar's Head bathing suits and insanely green seaweed around Claire's neck makes me think that this is in Washington... possibly Jetty Island?
Waaaaah, where did my little girls go?? All grown up, but still as dear as ever. I think could be Jetty Island however Claire would pick up seaweed anywhere and wear it on her head. Quite fashionable actually.
John (I will speak for him since he don't write much) guesses Sullivan's Island. I was thinking somewhere in Washington state and Jetty Island is a great thought. No doubt Badbearicus will solve this riddle for us, as she always does. I do notice this is when Claire and Isabelle were in the long legs phase of life.
