What's going on here?

Well, we are awaiting the return of Claire from Deutschland. She has made it to Philadelphia at this point and hopefully will be here and eating Wings at Mike Calder's with us later. As Isabelle's great Father's Day card employed a Simpson's motif, so will I to include an otherwise non sequiter picture. Deutschland, hmmm.

Yes, that is Isabelle in Oberammergau cross country skiing and stopping to pet goats. Anyway, back to present. Amy our niece and Ella our grand niece are visiting this week. Ella is going to Vacation Bible School down here as well as spending beaucoups time at beach. John is working random days and will be heading back to App State on July 7 for second session summer school. So Claire and John have two weeks overlap. Then Claire will be here for another few weeks before heading back to Hanau. In late July we will all try to rendezvous in KY for grandparent's anniversary.

Also heard from Caroline, another niece, that she had dinner in Spain with our next door neighbor's daughter?!?!?!?!?! Small world.
